• I'm having the error message even though i fill out all the questions that are required and on the review page doesn't display where to set.

  Sometimes allow you submit the grade fifty-fifty if the error message comes up. Old how many times fix the question it is request to fix/fill, it doesn't allow you submit.

  Probably some of my condition logics contradict each other.

  Yes, it is difficult to replicate the problems.  It'south like "combing desert".  But it seems that happen when the "Yes/No" questions were answered, which will ofttimes accept users to pointed questions. Such equally "Are you legally eligible for employment in this country?*", eighth question.  And answered "No", then alter their heed and go back to the question, and this time click on "Yes" to get forward. Then comes to the end, "Review & Submit".  It looks fine, so click on "Submit", and the error message comes up.  I tested on my Mac (Chrome), even though the error bulletin comes upward, it went through.  But when I tested on my PC with Chrome, it persists there is error, but neither I could locate missed questions nor any indications of where the problems.

  I think it is conflict of my condition logics somewhere after the very question (8th).  Considering once I lifted all "required" from the questions out, and tried the form went through with no trouble.

  I'thou distressing there are still so wide expanse of questions to embrace but that where I am now.

  When I tried to fill the grade on my Mac, I could make it through and I could submit the form at the end giving me the error message though.

  So somewhere I have my status logic conflicts, I can't locate where withal.

  On PC (windows), the users seem to have trouble to submit the form sometimes.  The error letters persist not to let them submit, even though they said they fix the answers.

• I am using windows on my laptop, but I tin however not replicate the issue. I cloned for grade over again and fabricated several tests. But once I saw the error message simply the course was submitted successfully.

• I was able to reproduce the problem. Although the form submits, it nevertheless shows the error message.

  The issue seems to happen if you click Yes (this will show the required field) and so change the answer to that question to No (this will hibernate the required field).

  The course validation does not work correctly (it does not remove the alarm) if a required field is shown and so hidden.

  I cleared form cache and tried the form over again and failed. And I saw the your submitted test answers. You lot have to answer #16, "Yes", and answer #21 to recreate the problem.  It seems let yous go if y'all answer "No" and reply questions. But if y'all go dorsum and forth the "Yes/No" questions on #21 and go with "Yes" answer, at the cease you'll get mistake message.

• I followed your steps and I replicated the event. In that location was an mistake just the review before submit widget did not capture information technology and I was able to submit the form.

  

  I tested the class again and I think, the error was when I filled upwards some fields, I was using numbers instead of letters that may have triggered the error.

  Still get the message and tin't submit it. When you reply #21 question, "No" starting time and go back to #21 and answer, this fourth dimension "Yes", and go on.  Same to Question #36. I remember either 1 causing problems.

• I am still having a difficult time reproducing the error in the cloned version of your form following the aforementioned steps y'all've mentioned. I also tried simplifying the course just I still couldn't reproduce it. • I take checked your form and I was able to reproduce the issue with not existence able to submit the form.

  The problem is that you have REQUIRED fields that are shown/hidden depending on user's answer.

  For case, these fields are shown if the answer to Question 7 is Yes.

  

  When the fields are hidden (Question 7 is No), make sure they are set up to UNREQUIRED. (Add together the post-obit condition to your form)

  Do the same for every field that is required and shown conditionally.
  Make sure to gear up it to UNREQUIRED when information technology is Subconscious.

  Another approach that I would propose is to make the fields UNREQUIRED past default and but make them REQUIRED when they are SHOWN. (The conditions would be the same for showing the fields and requiring them which is a fleck more simple)

  "Other" will pull up time "Configurable List" widget.(Days/hours available to work)
  Trouble:
  Even though choose "Open (Any Fourth dimension / Whatever Day)" (supposed to set "Days/hours available to work" to be UNREQUIRED), in the submission electronic mail comes with "Other" answer, such as attached paradigm below:

  

  We need one of the answers, not BOTH.
